Cancellation must be made no later than weekdays before 13:00 on the phone otherwise full price will be charged!
Cancellation by email is not accepted. 
All purchases are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Any lessons not used during the year will be refunded before the expiry date monitored by you!
